They are saying if he doesnt take it he cant work. However if he doesnt work then I think the they will terminate him on grounds he didnt work.
Any suggestions from the big brains out here?
He gets sick with the covid tests. Btw

tell him to go get the antibody test - my insurance covered it as part of my physical. If your friend tests positive for antibodies, he has better protection from COVID than a triple jabbed moron does. This may not help your friend keep their job but it will provide proof of his company targeting him based on his vaccination status should they decide to suit for damages. The T-Cell test is the gold standard and is available as an at home test but insurance companies will not cover that cost (about $150 if I remember correctly) . If either of those come back negative, he is the only one that needs to know that so he can keep that to himself. Other than that, everything that Blind-fury stated.
Solid ^^^^ Excellent advice Patriots!!
Where can I find the T-cell test?
Ask and you shall receive. Not shilling for these guys, just the first one that popped up on my DDG search.

Thanks! I was sick with something February 2020. Cold symptoms plus difficultly breathing which I’ve never had in my life, if it got any worse I thought I might have to go to the hospital. Breathing issues only lasted a day then I had a cough for a week. I never got tested.
Looks like this test is only good at showing an infection 10 months in the past though.
I found some googling. But I see CVS down the street offers it. Think it's just a blood draw for antibodies.
Damn. I am going to do this too. Great advice.
I'm in the same position. I told my employer to fuck off. It's been a month and they haven't said a word. They scheduled me an appointment to get tested the first week and I literally told them to fuck off
I have a wfh position that they're requiring vaccines, and if I put in an exemption get tested twice a week. They're harassing me. It's discrimination. It's none of their fucking business to manage my health
These people are STUPID.
This is like requiring a pilot's license to deliver pizza.
I used to work from home before covid. But occasionally they would try to include all the home-based workers in with the same rules for in-house workers. How I got around this was to get a statement from HR (not telling them why) that since I'm home-based the company doesnt cover me with liability insurance; that covers only those working on site. So every time they wanted me to do what on-site people do I told my boss she'd have to get me liability insurance first. Of course she never heard of such a thing (and the insurance cost $10,000/yr per person who wasnt included in the group insurance plan). Checked with legal team, suddenly her demands werent worth her trouble to do this and eventually all home workers were exempt.
Another they tried was to have all of us sign a 'contract', some items there were downright illegal. I told my boss I'm not signing anything until I have a lawyer look at it. She said sign it now or dont bother coming to work tomorrow. So I called a lawyer who advised I 'signed under duress, under threat of termination'. When her bosses saw this, she was terminated.
They all make all kind of rules but once they are afraid of losing $ they usually back off.
Morons.
Yeah, he just needs to say that it’s a stupid request.
More professionally than that, of course.
I hear Arizona has some copy machines that they aren't using any more?
If the republicans let the reconciliation bill pass the Senate, is all a moot point if he works for a company with more than 100 employees. I'm in the same boat. When I joined my company 12 years ago, I began my work from home career. I have been in the office less than 10 times over that time (none of those visits were necessary to attend in person, just preferred).
If the mandate passes, I will be fired because according to the government, I will be "a danger to the workplace", even though I am two states away. I could try and get a religious or medical exemption but I am as disinterested in playing that game as I am in getting the jab. I will lose everything I have within months because I have no savings due to unforseen life events (my mother will have to move to my sister's, my home will be foreclosed on, my car repossesed) but this is the hill I chose to die on.
Tell him to line his nostrils with bacitracin zinc before the tests and to be the worst employee possible without causing legal harm to the company.
Get fired and collect unemployment.
What does the bacitracin zinc do to the test?
I have a relative in the exact same position.
Have him test an inanimate object, like a paw paw.
If he works from home, how are they going to stop him from working? I would ignore the demand and keep working and see if they fire me.
That's what I am saying. HR emailed him and told him he won't be working if no proof of covid test or vax.
Here is an affidavit prepared by Constitutionalists who taught seminars and won many, many court cases using their Constitutional methods. It's very long, but it can help people who are threatened with job loss or any mandate of the vaxx. You have to download it at this site. Good luck and let us know if it helps.

Not mandate of vaxx. Weekly tests.
Still applies.
Ya I know. The this is getting nutty.
American FrontLine has a form for lawyers. FYI
Atty T Renz
Hows this work with Covid testing? I only see for vaccine.
Yep
That link you provided from patriots.win still says you need to do a weekly test.
