Heads up, Vit D is fat soluble and stays in the body for a long time. This makes it much easier to hit toxic levels when megadosing. Also its preferable to take with K2, and with dietary fats.
I am a dietician. When I say toxic I mean you can indeed take too much D and become hypercalcemic among other things. I didn't say it would kill you. Evidence suggests fat soluble vitamins will build up in excess since they aren't expelled very easily. The difference here with D is that the body essentially treats it like a hormone as well so the body removes it in a way differently than all the other fat soluble vitamins. What I wrote is not wrong. I dont want to go drudging up studies or debate, what you said is mostly correct too. Vitamin D is very important.
There is no logic that connects another booster shot to being protective. There is no "double bind." There is zero evidence (that I have seen) and no logic that suggests a booster will in any way protect you from an ADE.
The only things that I know of that will protect you from an ADE are the same things that protect against Covid, especially vitamin D, liposomal Vitamin C, Zn + ionophore (quercetin e.g.) and Ivermectin. Other things are helpful as listed above, these four things are the must haves.
