Never was a religious person, but started to read Bible recently, and here's some thoughts, maybe even from a little crazy side. There's two main sides of the book, one is narrative-based (describing events, happennings, meetings and such), and the other is highly cryptic (quotes from Jesus, parables, some of them stand out, like Matthew 13:15). It almost feels like some hidden communication. The thing is that out-of-place thingies, passages that are really weird, they tend to resonate with current events. Maybe because they were cyptic the first place, maybe because of mistranslation. Almost to the extent that it feels it is not a book about past events, but a book of prophecy. So, now the crazy dive. Now imagine a delta of 2000 years. Could it happen?

The book was written from the perspective of He that inhabits eternity. God created time, of course he can allude to past present future from any point in our perception of time.
My latest fav: Daniel 12:4. Must be talking about the internet and airplanes! Whaaaa?

Angel Gabriel walked back in time..from the end of time …to answer Daniels prayer…but it was 21 days of fasting for Daniel.
The Angel tells Daniel he was wrestling with a demon, and that is what delayed his arrival.
In Gods view of the universe..all time exists at once…it’s like walking across the street from one point in time to another. God or His angels could make that leap in a tachyon of time.
Still it is Interesting to ponder that the Angel takes centuries to walk across to a time that was 21 days.
This is the third time the Evil is being fought against, and its the same Evil the first two times.
First time the Evil took the form of Egyptian Pharoahs, and God with the help of Moses defeated them and showed them the right path and made them free. One of the things He showed was the art of Gold.
Second time, ironically it was that art of Gold that allowed the Evil to flourish. It came in the form of money lenders who used Usury to oppress fellow humans. This time God helped in the form of Jesus. Jesus banished the Bankers from the temple and taught the people what they were doing was wrong. Bankers were mad and got the king to crucify Him and the rest was history. This time the teachings included not using Usury, and staying on the moral path.
It took 2000 years, but the Evil found a new way to oppress humanity. Instead of Usury (predatory lending to individuals) they used Central Banking (predatoy lending to governments) and managed to capture the whole world. Luckily, God is helping us in the form of Q.
Each time there were miracles performed that opened the eyes of the people. This time will be no different. We are almost at the precipice. And there will be a Miracle that will deliver us and defeat Evil. Hopefully this time the Good can prevail for 10,000 years.

12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.
This entire movement has brought me to God. I am thankful for everyone here as we stand in this battle vs darkness.

Jesus has already come. He lived, died, rose again and ascended into Heaven to the Father. The most important thing to know about this, is that He came as the Word of God, the Word made flesh. Salvation by grace is given to those who believe in Jesus Christ, the Word of God. This Word was given unto us, complete and without error, in the Holy Bible. When you believe in Christ, in the Word, you will be baptized by the Holy Spirit and He will guide you, and teach you, and seal you as a child of God.
Notice how I didn't say "church" or talk of any other man? Your salvation is only though the One Lord, the One King, Jesus Christ. The pharisees and saduccees are still with us and still trying to lead you astray into their business enterprise. It's all about the $$$ with them. They will be torn apart and burned forever for their efforts.
Read what I say in your Bible; you are the Temple of the Lord, He is in you and of you. You are His child and He is your God. Let no man put this asunder.
I'm not sure where you got 2000 years, because the Bible does not specifically state this. But you nailed it. God is a well ordered and completely Holy Being. This creation cannot survive without time and it's associated numbering. If you think this is all a random occurrence, you should first look real hard at the forces and perfect, accurate numbers that are holding it all together. Seven is a perfect number with God, 6 days of creation and on the 7th day He rested and SANCTIFIED the creation. We are now at 4,000 years before Christ and 1,993 years (+/-) after Christ. At the beginning of the 7,000th year, we rest and are SANCTIFIED. You can set your clock by this.
Take a good, hard look at all the evil around you because they will be elsewhere come the 7th Day. Amen.

For me it's actually not clear if it happened or not. I come from purely materialistic worldvew background, as I stated, I never was religious. A lot of things do not make sense to me and a lot of things I have trouble believing, like resurrection of people or miracles. Some things I interpret literally, some things I interpret in a spiritual way. It's hard to explain, but it feels like it doesnt have to make sense every time. I approach it with open mind, it's like diving into unknown. Thank you for your answer nonetheless.
The human mind cannot comprehend God or all His works. Growing spiritually is a process of expanding not just our understanding, but also to increase our ability to understand more. So, things not making sense ... makes sense. Accepting that is humility, which allows for greater understanding. Biblical prophecy is another way that future proves past, and also proves God.

Also, how you could preserve information for that long in the time without printing press and social media? The best would be to hide the message in plain sight and make as many people as possible to learn and memorize it. Could that be original purpose of creating Christianity as religion? Could it be that we are yet to witness not the second coming of Jesus, but the very first one, that is supposed to release humanity from the bind of original sin (as per Romans 7 and later)?
