So my employer is mandating the job. I don’t want to take it and all the boosters forever. Seriously considering starting my own business. Any thoughts guidance? I do have a niche skill which is likely marketable to a broad market.

Something to be aware of is all the supply chain disruptions I don't know if your business would require various materials but if so make sure that they are things that don't seem to be affected because it would put you in a bad spot to start a business and not be able to get what you need or have your supplies become insanely expensive.
I am an entrepreneaur!!!
I suggest you read a book called "Expert Secrets" by russell brunson.
Thank you!
Here is a great course you should take!

If you don't learn or outsource the business of business your craft will not feed you. That being said, don't spend hours and days and weeks trying to accomplish something that you can pay another entrepeneur whose specialty is that thing for a couple of hours of their time to do for you. ie - accounting, bookkeeping, webpage creation, even marketing and copywriting - assuming these are not your skills. You will also be networking and find clients who will support your business while you are supporting theirs.
And - people suck and will often take advantage of you. Take the high road and apply your time and effort to the next thing rather than focusing on what you think they or you deserve. You'll be more profitable and happier.
Thank you!
If you "took the vax" in order to meet your employer's demand... will you have ANY respect for yourself or that employer ever again? If the answer is NO... then leave.
You won't feel like working for that employer anyway after the forced "vax", so you will probably do poor work while looking for other jobs on the side so you can quit that job. Employers don't realize that forcing the "vax" on employees doesn't just get rid of employees who refuse... but it also fills their workplace with employees who RESENT the employer. The more news comes out about the vax damage, the more the employees will hate the managers and company that made them take it.
If you know that you will either resent your employer for forcing you... or be disappointed in yourself for going against your own better judgement and allowing yourself to be manipulated... then the best choice is to quit. Start your own company where you can still be proud of who you are.
Good question - I've been in the same spot myself.
What is your craft? Don’t be shy - let us know so that we can support you if we need your skill set!
Read this book... https://harveymackay.com/swim-sharks-without-eaten-alive/ It will help. What are your skills?
Go for it! It'll be hard, but It'll feel better.
It’s scary! I like having a regular check.
Yeah. It is scary. Pray about it. But independence feels really good, and you don't realize it 'til it happens. But the transition is hard. I'm 50, and was a well-paid employee for almost 30 years, for multiple employers. My regret is not going independent sooner. Do your best plan, stack as much cash as possible, get customers even while you're employed if possible. Have a plan to get paid in advance (% deposit before beginning, stuff like that) to protect yourself, and do it at whatever the right time is for you.
And decide your feelings on the vax. I've seen a little to indicate the danger is a psy-op, but I've seen a lot more to indicate it's pure evil. That's something everyone needs to decide for themselves. But ... With that at your back, the time may be right for you. Good luck!
Thank you!
Tell your boss that his totalitarianism is forcing you to start a company that will directly compete with him. That since he has no problem threatening the roof over your head and the food in your family's mouths that you will return the favor. That you will take all of his unpoisoned employees with you. And finally that you will simply shrug when his poisoned leftovers kill off his business.
