Eat pistachios throughout the day to build up melatonin. After a meal eat at least 50 pistachios and then do flush niacin about 15 minutes later. As you replenish melatonin the flush will go away and a miracle will happen to your body. Pistachios + flush niacin will biohack your nutrition and body to function as it should, perfectly.
Large doses of niacin can cause a niacin flush. That being said mega doses of niacin are used to treat schizophrenia and heart disease so I am not saying not to use it...just find the right dosage and the right form. I take 100mg of B complex daily so 9-12 mg. isn't a lot but I don't know what your 1500 means. B vitamins are water soluble and you will flush out any you don't use.
Melatonin is usually given 1-3 mg. before bedtime so 5-10 mg. is a large dose...some people don't tolerate that well so start low and work up.
It is a good antioxidant that decreases with age.. it helps you to sleep in your deeper REM cycle and you dream alot which for some people are nightmares.

Assuming there is something 'toxic' in the jab (thus de-toxing) he should just take lots of water and binding agents (e.g. Activated Charcoal) I'd imagine. Do be careful though as Charcoal will also absorb any medication he may be taking for other things (and also will absorb nutrients so you can't take it for weeks on end)
Melatonin is a hormone. Do not take it unless you want to slow your body’s normal production of it. Just stick to the Z therapy. D3, Zinc, Quercitin, and Vitamin C. Load up on vitamin C to the point of rumbly stomach but before loose stool. If you need to fall asleep take Benadryl.
A word to the wise: if there is ANY chance one might have a predisposition to kidney stones, do not take Vitamin C! I have had hundreds of stones over the past twenty years, and reduced that number dramatically after I discovered that my Vitamin C supplements were the main contributing factor!
If this is the case, it's safe to get Vitamin C from natural sources...I think the supplements get it from rose hips or something that the body can't process easily.
By the way, there isn't a cure for kidney stones, per se, but there is a VERY effective method of managing them such that the frequency they appear, as well as the severity, is dramatically reduced. I discovered this in a technical discussion I read, tried it, and it works.
The key is a compound called potassium citrate. The best way to get this in your diet, in a dissolved state, is either by drinking 7-Up (it's also in the diet, but I don't recommend that one. Also, it is not present in the other flavors of 7-Up.), or either lemonade or pink lemonade Crystal Light. If you can stomach the sweetener in Crystal Light, then it contains a bit more postassium citrate than 7-Up per ounce. But either way, 10-12 ounces per day is enough to keep the crystals from growing in your kidneys, and/or dissolving ones that are already present. I've shared this with others, and they report the same results.

I use 10 mg Melatonin every night, some nights 20mg. Not an unreasonable amount.
For you maybe not but everyone is different so caution on finding the ideal amount is warranted.
B-vitamins (of which niacin are a part) are water soluble so you can't really overdose on them. You also can't overdose on Melatonin.
No clue if either of these are in any way beneficial to jab related illness... but if you are worried about overdosing it's not really feasible

You can consume a larger quantity of vitamin C of you use liposomal C.
