I agree 100% that the "Fact Checkers" are the ministry of truth. In fact there is an International Fact Checking Network, funded by a who's who of Foundations and other media networks (Facebook, Google, etc.) enjoined by all the fact checking sources (Reuters, AP, Snopes, Politifact, etc.).

Having said that, I can find zero evidence that Kissinger said this. There was apparently a Open United Nations e-discussion on global public health that took place during most of Feb. 2009 (ending on the 26th) so its possible he said something during that e-meeting, but I can't find evidence of it.
If anyone has any evidence he addressed the WHO during that time that would be great. Until then I'm going to suggest that even though the Ministry of Truth is real, so is the Ministry of Disinformation (controlled opposition).
Don't be controlled opposition by believing every COINTELPRO accusation (false information designed to discredit the opposition) out there.
There is no reason to be deleting things. In truth, I think there is nothing worse than deleting things. First, you have stopped the conversation about it. Debate is essential to get at the truth. Second, you have closed the door on someone who might have evidence to show to those of us that are demanding it. If he did in fact say this, I can use it to destroy the PTB. We all can. Such evidence would be a game changer.
By stopping the conversation you have stopped the investigation into the truth. There is nothing wrong with being wrong, or maybe being wrong. There is something wrong (as in, the opposite of productive) with denying debate on a wrong (or maybe wrong) topic once it has begun.
My advice, for what its worth, don't take something down just because of dissenters. If mods want something taken down, force them to take it down. Don't self censor "just in case" or to appease "the masses." Such action is not the path to victory in a disinformation war.
Please help me find the source of this claim, if it exists. Until then I cannot accept it. It would not surprise me if it were true, but I am done reacting emotionally to claims without substantiation.
Once the herd accepts mandatory vaccinations, it’s game over. They will accept anything – forcible blood or organ donation – ‘for the greater good’. We can genetically modify children and sterilize them --- ‘for the greater good’. Control sheep minds and you control the herd. Vaccine makers stand to make billions.
