Being in the National Guard is not a full-time job. If you are a qualified pilot in the National Guard then it is very likely that your real full-time job is being a pilot.
So the airline is going to fire a pilot for not getting vaccinated and then the National Guard is going to call up the same pilot to replace himself?
So when a member of the National Guard is responsible for medical malpractice who do we get to sue?
Of course, even sadder is when a clinic doesn’t have enough nurses or doctors and so patients don’t get prompt medical treatment and they end up dying.
Maybe this is why Trump is telling people to get vaxxed - so he can't be held liable for participating in unvaxed leaving and causing military to move in and then after start devolution?
Then it would depend on how strong DeSantis really is and how far he truly is willing to go.
New York can pull this BS because they're using their state's National Guard. For the federal government to commandeer a state National Guard requires either the governor's permission, or a showdown. We would certainly get to see what DeSantis is made of.

Good point
Well. They did that for medical. Fired nurses and brought in un”vaxxed” guard members.

From driving school buses ... to flying private commercial passenger planes?
LOL ....riight! Bus driving is not much different to flying an aeroplane.
