Nah... his thin neck and giant head gives the perfect perch for the rope to never slip. A thick neck with a small head is what would make the rope slip. The real problem is if he's dropped from high enough it might not just break his neck... if its thin enough and he drops from high enough his head might pop off. Not likely though that's REALLY hard to do.
