He just fucking said "Hypothetically what would happen if a bunch of governors and secretaries of state got together and put together a lawsuit. What would happen hypothetically?"
Hypothetically that would be great if hypothetically the judges were not hypothetically corrupt this time
What would happen is they would AUTOMATICALLY have standing in the US Supreme Court, per the Constitution.
-- Article 3, Section 2
No lower courts. No appeals. No bullshit. Just straight to the Supreme Court.
Either:
(1) SCOTUS takes the case, and election fraud is proven in court, or
(2) SCOTUS claims no standing, and military has legal basis to declare that the civilian courts are not functioning, and they shut down the insurrection by the Chinese and American traitors, proving election fraud in military court
Almost like there was a plan or somethin' ...
But didn't Texas and some other states already try this, and supreme court dismissed with no standing?
Im of the opinion that someday soon that ruling will come back to haunt them.
Wasn't the argument that there was no standing because no injury had been sustained because the election wasn't certified yet?
Article 3 section 2 is granting jurisdiction, not standing. Different things…
Nice find. I posted this mo the ago when people were worried about the judges. I don't trust the supte.e court either.
Im sorry but i just dont see this happening like this. Scotus is not gonna hand the presidency to trump. And i highly doubt the militarys plan is predicated on the actions of scotus. Just my 2 cents
No standing?
GO HOME DAD!
after 38 years...
Kek, but not kek.
Hypothetically they would probably get jerked off for 6mo by a judge that looked like he would do the right thing only to have the case dismissed just when it was getting good, similar to what happened in Georgia today.
that's awesome !
