This is the way of all societies. Which is why a self made correction is needed every 150-200 yrs, give or take a decade or two. We are about 100 yrs behind the curve. This ist going to be fixed in the next 2-6 yrs, either. It took decades to get where we are today, and it'll take decades more to fix.
I'm thinking less than 10. The system has never actually been difficult to fix from a real policy standpoint it is only difficult because literally 0 politicians work for us. Removing the parasite and giving people back money can be done by dropping tax rates down to 5 or 10% and capping interest rates at 3% max for anything including credit cards. Those 2 moves alone would give Americans near 1/3 their paycheck. Fix the Healthcare and remove social security and bam now we have about 50 to 60% more money and can pay debt 200% faster.
I don't think we are at the end of days yet 6daysandrest. The outlook isn't bleak enough, no politicians have universal popularity, and no one is performing miracles or anything. It's possible but I am thinking we got at least 1 more cycle till the end times 100 to 500 years if I had to guess.
