His sidechick/cumrag Hannah to hand him a true pistol with a life round, and the top enemy of the cabal, Halyna in the scene... The two photos showing him supposedly the Sherriff's office? who took those photos? why only two? That was the opening act of Alec's OSCAR AWARD WINNING performance for his very life.
Well, things are about as clear as mud on this issue but I’ll tell you one thing: I don’t believe for a split second that this was an accident - whatever connections she may or may not have had and what she was or was not about to reveal. She was murdered and whether it was his intention to kill her - or someone put the gun in his hand and he had no idea - it was no accident.
If I were in the movie business (but I'm not a pedo, so I'm not), I'd never want anyone pointing a real gun at me, I don't care how many people checked it first.
All guns are always loaded, period.
The only guns that should be used in scenes that require you pointing at or near other people, should be fully NON-functional prop / fake / blank / rubber guns....

Can anyone definitively state whether hollywood uses real or prop guns, or a mix of both?
Prop gun = firearm that's been permanently modified so that it can not physically fire live ammunition, and might not even be able to accept it.
I understand that prop guns can either be 100% non-functional, or can accept ONLY blanks, but again; can not physically accept live ammo.
