They would simply print more money, and they would call it 'justified' in order to cover the 'legitimate taxes' that are not being paid.
In fact, they'd actually make more money if we had a tax strike (because they would simply make up the number they wanted to see).
We need to think past a 'desire to act', and think about 'what happens if we actually do this'?
