I'm not sure what would work - (perhaps a work stoppage, etc) - but I don't think a tax strike would have any effect on those lawless bastards.

They would simply print more money, and they would call it 'justified' in order to cover the 'legitimate taxes' that are not being paid.
In fact, they'd actually make more money if we had a tax strike (because they would simply make up the number they wanted to see).

States can’t print money, neither can counties and cities. Think Local.
If we could make our communities more self-reliant with their own forms of money, that would go a long way toward neutering the Fed.
