They would simply print more money, and they would call it 'justified' in order to cover the 'legitimate taxes' that are not being paid.
In fact, they'd actually make more money if we had a tax strike (because they would simply make up the number they wanted to see).

I agree with your economics assessment, and all the negative effects of unidirectional flow. But (in my opinion) that's exactly why they would do it.
They could use our actions as an excuse for them to (further) destroy our economy.
