Hiring immediately, but kneel before.
They dont want people bad enough yet.
I can't figure out how to do that. We need someone on here to post tips on that for normies like me.
Think of yourself as a boss. Your immediate job is to create an evaluation sheet for your employees. You know the farmhand job, so what would be important if you were hiring someone to do your job? Knowledge of how to use farm equipment? How to train, feed, care and work with animals? How to plant a garden? How to cultivate, use fertilizers, keep weeds out? Good communications with the farmer, vets, or supply houses? Mechanic skill to keep old equipment and vehicles in working order? Work independently and have perseverance to complete mundane jobs? Strong and in good health to do difficult physical tasks?
When you have the list made, THAT is your skill set. Look for farmers in your area. In towns, see if several people would want to start a co-op and you plant them a garden on someone's vacant plot with them providing materials and pay for your tending it. Can your skills be converted to landscaping? Many people want "yard help" to keep their yards looking impressive. If you have equipment, can it be re-purposed for small landscaping jobs? If you're strong, you can help with moving - think moving companies, furniture stores, thrift stores, warehouses, or regular people looking to avoid paying exorbitant prices for moving, etc. Can you pressure wash? A good pressure washer can cost about $400 and you may have to use the customer's water. We have mobile car washing in my area, they come to your home or work, and don't need any water other than what they bring.
Post signs or business cards around your town. Some businesses have bulletin boards where locals can post their flyers and cards. Tell your friends you are starting a new business. Think outside the box, you have a lot of skills you may not recognize, and skills you haven't yet discovered because you've never used them or thought them important.
That is definitely not like me if i even considered doing that my family would think I was possessed lol. I need a job that doesn't require experience where I can make money.
Do they automatically put that on all? Might try applying and hoping for best
unfortunately there is nothing in my area that I have any experience in I have already reviewed these things and subscribed to updates when available.
Might be time to fake a vax card.
Terrible time to cuck out. That's a fast track to a felony charge and automatic gun seizure.
I don't know OPs situation, but if it is keep job and pay bills w/ fake vax vs go on unemployment, I know which route I would take. Not everyone is in a position to tell the man "FIRE ME".
Everyone is in a position to tell the man "Fire me." Some are understandably afraid of going homeless if it would come down to that.
Personally, I can sell my vehicle for more than I paid for it due to the shortages and inflation if it came down to it.
We make a lot of money and have prepared for such eventualities. Both my wife and I will not be getting vaccinated. We took the steps for medical exemptions and both of us are remote. There are some functions, like going onto government sites which I will not be able to do, but thankfully, that isn't a major component of my work - I can manage remotely. Hopefully, all this insanity wil come to an end soon. So frigging glad we are getting out of DC after many decades.
In North Carolina they're about to roll out a system to check the cards, I was just looking at the demo with HR. It's literally just a blank field and you enter the batch code and it turns red or green. That's all the info you get. It's horseshit.
Very interesting. I'm starting a move to NC on Sun from VA. Thankfully, it won't be an issue.
Dont let your perceived lack of experience stop you - every job you have ever had has transferrable skills and you probably learned 90% actually being on the job. Follow your interests - what is your dream job? Before my retirement, I often hired inexperienced people who had the right attitude and wanted to learn. Especially in these times of even finding people who want to work. Dont sell yourself short! Write a good cover letter about who you are and why you want to work there and apply!! These are Patriot employers who are looking to hire patriots! Good luck.
I have an old friend who embellished (lied) her skills and experience, got the nice office job, learned as she went, quickly became the supervisor over a department
i have onl had one preivous job and that was a farmhand lol
Every company in America is begging for workers. Experience? Fuck they are looking for warm bodies.
That's the weird thing I never get responses
