Also, take a picture of your ballot and make sure and ballot/serial numbers are visible. (Or 2nd picture)

Edit: This goes for mail in ballots as well.

This tells you nothing. WiFi networks can be easily hidden even with off the shelf routers from Best Buy. Anyone with even a little bit of technical know how can also spawn wifi honey pots to track the data of devices that connect to them, so you may just be falling into their trap by doing this.
