I understand what you're saying, all I'm saying is that I would not untie the cunt and have a stand up duel, just untying the prick is asking for trouble.
Personally would have executed him gangland style and left after cleaning up my presence.
You seem to have a problem with the fact he attacked a tied up person, but put yourself in his shoe's, the mans daughter was sold into modern day slavery.
I bet his rage was boiling to the point he couldn't think straight.
I'm not going to cry about a dead trafficker even if he had a tough ending, nor do I think the father was in the wrong(if the events reported are true).
I don't know the abilities of each man, but seriously your idea of a stand up duel still doesn't sound smart.
You are missing that the father wanted to kill someone without paying the consequence.
You are missing that low moral executioners are not good people. A gun shot to the head is quicker and less painful.
You keep project yourself in the father shoes, that's a huge mistake. What if the daughter is also pimped/abused by the father? abuse victim tend to run into more abuse.
You must live in a very nice neighborhood and never visited some really bad ones. But things can get really really wrong.
"Eisenman abducted the victim, tying him up and placing him in the trunk of a vehicle. Eisenman subsequently assaulted the victim by hitting him in the head with a cinder block and then stabbed him repeatedly, causing his death," police wrote in a report.
So your disagreement is with the way he carried out his vigilante justice?
Not so much that he killed a trafficker (allegedly) more that he did it wrong?
I'm fine with vigilante justice, but only during times when the law no longer protects the people it should.
The reason we as a society frown upon such actions is because bad people would abuse such power if we allowed it to happen.
Trump doesn't bend himself into a pretzel trying to find possible excuses for traffickers of young girls, or focus discussions of street justice solely on the criminality of justice-seekers.

please read again.
I read it, and like I said last time (supposing the events reported are true).
Why would such a father go to such lengths to track down his daughter and to kill the one responsible?
Are you the type of person who doesn't like vigilante justice?
And yes while I disagree with bashing a tied up person, I also understand how much anger can blind a man's rational side.
And so does the courts as well, hence why you can be charged with a crime of passion as opposed to premeditated murder depending on circumstances.
Like I said I won't cry over the death of a trafficker (if events reported are true)
Edit: although I do think the courts will find him guilty of murder, I can also understand what can drive a man to such lengths.
No I love vigilante justice, but if the moment comes that I'm allowed to what I want, you would change your mind about it. :P

It's a thin line to tread.
Who the F cares? Effed-up legal system. Why in the hell WOULDN'T Dad want his freedom in addition to JUSTICE?
I don't see any of the irony you're suggesting. There isn't any.
I love how Trump chose 'by the letters of the law' over your shit brained thinking.
GEOTUS TRUMP!
