An expert familiar with their own thinking claims they ran out of fraudulent McAuliffe ballots so just reused Biden ones from last year. McAuliffe was last seen at City Hall having his name legally changed to Joe Biden, and declaring victory. CNN legal expert, Tugs Toobin, stated the ~~erection~~ election was mostly legal."
