The right thing isnt always the easiest. Wife refused jab and was fired today. Walked away from a ludicrous amount of money to keep her health and integrity. So proud of her.
Fuck the rising Medi-Reich.

No precedent? Cowards is right. How the fuck do they think one gets set?
That was my point, exactly.
Problem is most of the time someone who is going to challenge legal precident will be some large national/international firm in the first place. On top of that no one trusts judges to be impartial anymore. So, without someone large and powerful, the average lawyer has to wait to have precedent set so their cases are winnable. Or they have to know the judges lein, which is hard.to.judge these days
Things will not change until we start lien-ing the judges.
Thankfully, they have to live amongst us.🐸
Yet nothing happens to "judges."
So then why even bother having lawyers or a court system.
Seems that way lately, but there are still some good ones - look at the judge in the Kyle Rittenhouse trial. He's been excellent so far.
Oh, precedent has been set. It goes like this: Go against the deep state, die in a mysterious car accident.
That okays the emergency use. It does not compel mandatory use.
Precedent setting cases could cost 10x more in fees than OP can bring to bear, it's not like gofundme will let him on the platform is it and they banned goyfundme.
