Jacobson vs mass is very different than this situation now. For example small pox death rate was 33% vs 0.05% for covid. And the vax was already around for 10 + year before forced vax. It may lead to come clarification...hopefully of that ruling.
Also, were there other effective treatments available for smallpox? Many treatments exist for WUHAN that are much more effective and much safer to use than this 'vax'. See Uttar Pradesh.
Eh the real small pox (variola minor/alastrim) had a fatality rate of less than 1%. The genetically modified variola major is the disease with a fatality rate between 30-60%.
I do believe it won’t matter, the same way Roe v Wade didn’t legalize infant murder for a specific gestation - 9 weeks or 9 months.
I really do hope its overturned, but its already being used to justify these vaccine mandates in appellate courts.
I wouldn't be so confident the SC would rule on the side of reason, considering some of their recent decisions.
Especially considering it would overturn Jacobson vs Massachusetts. I just can’t see the SC judges doing this.

Fascism doesn't care about your facts

Jacobson v Mass was cited as a reason the Maine healthcare workers lost their case at the SC.
