How believable is a diary?? Not saying it isn't.... But can it be submitted as evidence in court?

I know someone in prison because his wife's diary detailed their life and his abuse over decades.

Probably not, unless she admits to its validity. Detailed handwriting might be enough, but that's a difficult pin, especially with such explosive info. Project Veritas decided not to publish for those reasons, according to O'Keefe.

Fingerprint evidence? If it’s fake her prints wouldn’t be anywhere near it on any of the pages. Hopefully it’s been handled carefully
