Someone wanted this public and wanted attention drawn to it. Who? Why?

They knew PV would talk about it, especially after the fishy letter they got and someone spilling crap about it. It's an intentional thing to draw attention. Why?

Something to help remove Biden from office, that's now needed and wasn't the past year?
Draw attention off of other things happening? (Probably not, since it draws more attention to PV.)
