She got the jab 8 months ago, caught a cold last week and her body shut down all her organs, she got myocarditis, and died. My neigbor got the jab too. He is now completely against the vaccine. I got to him too late to educate him. I moved there about 6 months ago and he was already jabbed. Sad man. She was fit, would do mirathons and drills. Only in her 30s. To me it sounds like ADE.

tell him to stop eating omega 6 oils immediately
I haven't heard this before. What do omega 6 oils do to you?
Dietician here. Omega 6s are generally inflammatory to the body, omega 3s are anti inflammatory. Our bodies need them to be in balance to respond to problems accordingly. We shouldnt get more than 2x the omega 6 than the omega 3 but in the US we get more like 20:1.
alright, but youre a dietician, which common foods are you recommending to remove nad replace with what?
Avoid processed food and most seed oils, replace with whole foods and avocado/olive/coconut oil.
Fish oil and algae oil are optimal forms of Omega 3s. Fish oil also has Omega 9s, which aren't discussed much but are important for nerve function. Otherwise, flax and walnuts have Omega 3s in a less optimal form.
Olive oil is best for everyday oil. Butter has A and K but too much saturated fat is inflammatory.
Beware -- some olive oils, and many avocado oils, are fake and are actually soybean oils (or cut with soybean/canola). There's info in vids and articles on how to spot real from fake. California olive ranch is genuine, to give an example.
Coconut oil has lauric acid and medium chain triglycerides, both good, but lacks oleic and linoleic fatty acids so don't depend on it exclusively.
A bit of everything is ideal.
If you want low-inflammation carbs, aim for fruit, sweet potatoes, winter squash. Also, pineapples and ginger are very anti-inflammatory.
Hmm, who knew? Thanks for the info. I learned something new today. :-)
I am curious aswell

So is CLA actually good or bad for you? I always thought it was good, been taking for years. But reading up on it more it is omega 6's. Is this a bad supplement?
according to mike addams of natural news he sez that they give the SPIKE protien the enviroment to grow
use olive or coconut oil
ps unfortunately omega6 oils like canola are in almost all processed foods so read labels carefully
