Wife’s work gave her a deadline of December 5 to get her vaccination or else she will lose our job. I’m in Kentucky and I’m searching for options. Ultimately I know nothing can be done until she is actually terminated but I’m looking for a good lawyer to take on a case against them. I’m also looking for resources that may stop this problem before it happens. We’re actively trying to have children and she doesn’t want the vaccine causing issues. I don’t want either of us to have the vaccine, period. Any information would help out a whole lot.

The legal tip I heard was, say your rationale "in your own words" and then state the magical phrase "sincere personal beliefs".
If your employer has granted ANY Religious exemptions, and denies yours, this opens the door for EEO claims, as they are then stating that someone else's religion is more "equal" than yours.
Conversely, if your employer denies all Religious exemptions, they have violated the Civil Rights Laws, that mandate that Religious Exemptions are legal and must be respected
42 USC 2000bb-1 Free Exercise of Religion Protected:
(a) In general
Government shall not substantially burden a person’s exercise of religion even if the burden results from a rule of general applicability, except as provided in subsection (b).
(b) ExceptionGovernment may substantially burden a person’s exercise of religion only if it demonstrates that application of the burden to the person— (1) is in furtherance of a compelling governmental interest; and (2) is the least restrictive means of furthering that compelling governmental interest.
(c) Judicial relief
A person whose religious exercise has been burdened in violation of this section may assert that violation as a claim or defense in a judicial proceeding and obtain appropriate relief against a government. There are numerous states taking this to court right now and I also think Chairman Xiden moved the govt deadline to Jan. 4th. Hold out a long as you can and do not take it under any circumstances. Maybe do an internet search for stats on miscarriages caused by vaxx. There are a lot.

By the way, when all this started, I read through the constitution and I believe amendments 9 and 14 section 1 are your best bet for fighting this on constitutional grounds
I read the words "PLAN-DEMIC" in this document and realized that this document is not crafted well enough to be taken seriously. Using buzz words like that when we're talking casually is fine with me, but when confronting normies, ESPECIALLY in a legal sense, it's inappropriate to use that sort of language.

My exemption was taken but they want me to take an externally monitored test even while workingvfrom home. That is bullshit. I don't necessarily think I'll win a case, but I definitely want them to feel the heat.
Any VARIFIED law firms fighting mandate (not vax injury) as I just spent a while calling every state specific lead in the fight-vax-mandate directory.
Just make sure she doesn't quit first. The date will move again. It's a scare tactic.
