Judging how he was always being one of the top posters on Trump's tweets, I'd say he is a bot. Otherwise he'd had to be paid to do this 24/7, which kinda makes him a bot as well...

I think he's a real person who used bot tools so he would always reply to Trump's posts on Twitter immediately. He always fed the bot tool new material based on the news of the day.
