In a real Human Use NIH study, those who experience bad effects are to be taken off the study (paused) HOWEVER they are to be followed up weekly with tests/hospitalization as needed AND REPORTED in the study.
What I think they are just dumping them as a coverup. That happens when the manufacturer runs their own tests. In the 'old' days the NIH did the testing and charged the manufacturer the cost.
Certainly seems like they did, in the whistleblower report it talks of how the group who were injured were simply taking off the study!
