Yep, I was watching this yesterday, I wondered when the pics of this would come out, the camera guys went crazy snapping pics during this time. Kyle was standing behind the judge the whole time while they were watching the drone footage and the big guy on the prosecution side was trying to point out his idiotic notion that Kyle "gently put down the fire extinguisher, raised and pointed his rifle at Rosenbaum" the pedo and believes Kyle instigated the whole incident. He's seriously pulling at straws because that so didn't happen, Kyle would have had to turn his back to the drone camera to do so because Kyle is right handed. Kyle's lawyers did argue that, that is not what happened and he would have had to turn his body to raise & point it at Rosenbaum because of their positions. So the judge had to step down from his stand to sit in front of the tv because the image is sooo blurry that far from the camera & with from the lights lit at night in the parking lot. They had to watch it multiple times, I don't believe the judge sees what the prosecutor says he sees, but won't comment on what he sees. The prosecutors talk to the judge like he's stupid. I think it's hilarious when he raises his voice to them. Kyle's attorney's stay pretty quiet until they have to speak, which is good because most times they don't have to say anything because the judge shuts down the prosecutors when they get out of hand. I thought the judge was going to throw the case out because he was so pissed at the prosecutor (Binger) when he was questioning Kyle.
I believe he just threatened the prosecution lawyers that he would if they kept questioning Kyle about his “right” to silence when he was talking to investigators when he turned himself in after the shooting. But he didn’t declare a mistrial at that time. Friday the jury wasn’t in, the attorneys were back & forth debating on what charges Kyle faces & what they can & cannot say on Monday for final remarks (or whatever its called) with the jury present. At one point I believe the judge said the jury wasn’t scheduled to be in court on Tuesday, so I wonder if the jury might state their decision/ruling (?) on Monday.

Did he rule on the motion to declare a mistrial with prejudice?
