This is the largest and most DETAILED list I've ever seen on this topic.

Sample listing:
Menards Hardware - Historically heavy Republican donors, but starting to waiver. Still carries MyPillow! Eau Claire, Wisconsin-based.
Not mentioned: Menards was heavy into COVID fascism early into 2020, including BS like banning children from the store since they were thought to be plague carriers. I'm not sure how how they are now as I've been boycotting them since then, Home Depot at least doesn't say a thing to me for shopping maskless.
Can confirm. They had security guards posted at the door turning away people w/o masks where I live.
Thanks for the heads-up. I'm sure there are plenty of issues like that in the two lists; with the huge number of companies listed, things can change quickly and the person maintaining the site has only so many hours in the day.
Also, in my experience some individual locations are run by people who are lax with the rules and others are more authoritarian than the home office requires, so there's that. I shop often at a Fred Meyers (like Safeway but with a wider selection of non-food items) that plays "We requires masks . . ." every fifteen minutes or so over the loudspeakers but have NEVER been bothered about being maskless.
No one at Menards said shit about being maskless to me. That said, those poor mfrs stiff have to wear that shit. I think it may be state law though.
Never going to Menards again. Had some middle aged hall monitor at the turnstile who wouldn't let me in. Said I could buy a mask for a dollar at CS counter. I told him GFY
