Anyone else get this side effect? It’s almost like a cramp or Charlie Horse. Thought or suggestions are welcome thanks.
Edit: ok it’s a known side effect - joint or muscle pain. It’s no big deal. Will continue with my dosage

Have you tried treating it like a cramp? Magnesium and oral rehydration salts plus hot pack. Could it be an old injury site?
Absolutely an old injury site. Doing the magnesium already but will try the hot pack
The ivm could have cleaned up this site so you get to give it some specialist care. Vit C, blackcurrant extract (orally), massage with seed oils like hemp. Try rubbing the ivm paste directly onto the spot.

Hmm sounds concerning. I would consider taking it less often. I have tablets from India no side effects, but I've only taken one.
I should be more specific… it’s not the whole quad it’s just about three inches by three inches above the knee that seems crampy
do you have access to tonic water ? Read where that helps leg cramps.
It's the quinine in the tonic water. You can get quinine tabs, but be careful of interactions with your regular meds..

Cramps are a side effect of IVM. I've experienced this too. The effect seemed temporary and didnt occur in subsequent doses.
I only take it once a week maybe that keeps bringing the side effects back
eat more bananas for potassium, no more cramps.
