Also! The MSM’s been going over overtime to paint a completely inaccurate picture of the trial to the normies.
Remember the headline “Rittenhouse admits to shooting unarmed man” or whatever? Combined with that picture of Kyle tearing up the average normie brain got the message that Kyle “confessed” to his “guilty wrongdoing”. A mistrial at this point solidifies that message in their sheep brains and makes them think “yeah, he was guilty as FUCK and got off on a technicality thanks to an activist judge” or whatever shit they come up with.
I want Kyle to have this whole ordeal behind him asap, but for the good of the nation and all those who are going to need to defend themselves he needs to be found 100% innocent.
I argued with a guy today that somehow thinks FBLie Special Ed Agent Unicep was shot for no reason. He wasnt buying it when I told him he admitted on the stand he pointed a pistol at Kyle.
u/#wrong
That just gives the prosecution another chance to not fuck this up so badly.
The jury should find Kyle not guilty, and that should be the end.
If the judge rules in favor of the defense for a mistrial with prejudice, the prosecution does not get to re-try Kyle.

Effing fake news..
They're aggressively stupid.
it's hard to break out of a cult
I'm curious - if the verdict is rendered can a mistrial still be declared?
