Beware.

Now they ask you to sign a permission slip to authorize an audio recording device during your Dr. visit. They claim it is for "dictation" purposes.

Who the he|| is storing / sharing this private audio recording and can it be used as evidence against you in the future?

Yeah, my doctor's office started recording things. I haven't been back.
