Apparently you’ve not been following the story or watching the trial. It was not his firearm. It was his friends. But yes his friend should Have his firearm returned
didn't this 'friend' testify that Kyle took the rifle without permission somehow? I've not followed the trial too closely but I remember someone reporting that beginning of last week.
I have been following and he's eighteen now and legally can obtain the AR from Dominic Black who he had already given the purchase amount until he was eighteen.
Yeah but didn’t Dominic black testify against him.?. I thought he was a witness for the prosecution? Also Dominic BLOCK knows that firearm is going to be worth millions. He could sell it on eBay easily.
Kyle hasn't stated what his relationship is with Dominic now but the whole fuckin' world knows it's Kyles rifle. The money exchanged hands and unless Dominic wants to be known world wide as a thief then he has no say in the matter.
Sure he does. The authorities will release the firearm to the registered owner - which is Not Kyle. Then Dominic has full control over what happens to that fire arm. Yes - Dominic can do whatever he wants with that firearm. It doesn’t matter what anybody else thinks or says, or how people look at him. He will have full control of what happened to that firearm, if and when it is released to him by the authorities
Yeah Dominic black initially tried to throw Kyle under the bus by saying Kyle STOLE the gun. Upon being cross examined by the defense however, he revealed that when Kyle arrived at his house, he suggested they arm themselves, he picked up a rifle, watched as Kyle picked one up as well, and he didn't try and stop him or say anything to show he didn't want Kyle to take the gun.
Further, the defense uncovered that Dominic was being brought up on charges as well and was hoping by cooperating the prosecution would go easy on him.
The possibility sure exists for him being awarded judgements but I was looking at the principle if not the law. There's literally days worth of footage of Kyle defending himself with firearms skills that are exemplar. Verified by him still being alive and unmaimed. He can't be denied that he has mastery over that weapon and he should have that and the right to carry same restored without any encumbrance.
Remember: it was Kyle that spoiled Antifa's fun last year with this shooting. Directly after Kenosha, Antifa violence around the country went down, with the exception of strongholds like Seattle and Portland.
He took a shit in their punch bowl by defending himself. This is why they are going so hard after him -- they need to scare and gaslight American's away from their right to armed self defense so they can start the bullshit up again.

I believe they were both their together - things got squirrely-and when they split up - Kyle had the AR.

Definitely a back stabber through and through.
Yep - They got to him, and he turned his back on his friend.
You cant sell firearms on ebay. They wont even let you sell certain firearm parts or magazines beyond like 10 rounds
What you said
I would think the CEO of Remington Arms should personally fly out to his house and present him a one of a kind model and lifetime ammo for free.
Technically he doesn't own it because his friend purchased it(with KR's money) and until KR turned 18 it wasn't able to be transferred to him.
He should offer to sell it to Binger
Eeewww Bingers Finger prints are now on that AR! Yuk!
Sure, but he should also be compensated so thoroughly by defendants in lawsuits that he can buy whatever kind and quantity of firearms he so desires.

I was hoping Binger woulda squeezed off a round or two.
Loaded as well
Returned to owner... he borrowed from friend
It needs to be held over for the upcoming case against Thomas Binger for Jury intimidation.
I don't think they will.

The MAGA folks in southern Wisconsin will have to HOLD THE LINE then won't they?
