I figured it would be VP OBAMA to take Harris place. Then they will push the 25th to rid the office of BIDEN. Then OBAMA gets his third term as President and appoints HILLARY as his VP.

I don’t think Obama wants to be president again, it’s much nicer having someone else take the blame for everything and he just speaks in their ear. I’m sure he’d prefer someone other than Joe Biden.

I believe; NOW I MAY BE WRONG, that if he is elected as Vice President and the something happens to the sitting President, then he becomes President again. All comments welcome.
