Most black crime is young kids. I am 42 years old.
Think about it. How many 40+ black men do you hear about shooting people?
Out of that 13%. Way less than 1% of that total is causing all the crime.
Keep in mind this.
These kids do not have fathers. Most of them grow up with struggling single mothers. Who have to work, raise their kids and keep their home safe.
They just can't do it in the inner city.
Even if you brought in good jobs. A drug dealer would tell these fatherless boys.
Why work that 9 to 5 job for a boss you might not like. Why work to only pay taxes.
You can sell these drugs and make cash now. You can work your own schedule.
They have no mentor to tell them this is a bad idea.
Take George Floyd for example. This guy had multiple issues in the past.
That's how it works.
I am from Gary, Indiana. I was getting my hair cut by a guy who knew gang members.
He was telling me. That these gangs have organized "hit squads" that they call in. No different than the mafia.
If you snitch on them. They will come by and light up your house with bullets to send you a message.
This is why no one in the inner city speaks out about this. They know damn well they could get shot.
The inner city black thug isn't stupid or low IQ like you might think.
They know how to play the system to their advantage. They think about how to escape getting caught all the time.

There is two forms of captialism in the world.
White Market = Organzied and Legal Business Black Market = Unorganized and Illegal Business
The black inner city. Is the hub for black market and unorganized business.
There are politicans, police, FBI agents, white market business people. Who all get pieces of the action from this black market.
They want the inner city thug to stick around. They are getting kick backs from it.
Cops are paid all the time. To catch and release these thugs. In exchange for cash.
