Oh boy, this is a setup. After 65 years of age, Colonoscopy is a no go. Now if it were a brain scan, understandable; but this type of exam on a 79 year old, highly unusual. Ready to rumble?
It is always routine for the sitting POTUS to transfer power (for a predetermine amount of time) to VPOTUS. Especially when undergoing anesthesia for what is, or should be, routine procedures like a colonoscopy. Whoever here has had one should know that they're done under anesthesia. I mean, who wants to see the inside of their poop chute?

I'm sorry I posted this. I typed the entire title into search and nothing popped up so I posted it. Now I'm seeing like, a hundred posts about it...some older than mine. I wish the search function worked better. Perhaps I should have just searched "colonoscopy"...it may have yielded better results.
Have to wonder if he'll have a bad reaction to the anesthesia and go into a coma. My brother did once. He came out of it after several hours, but the doctors were worried that he wouldn't.

Hey, they would do them forever in the past, but recently doctors are not recommending for patients beyond 65.
I would assume if his dad had one at 82 it would’ve happened fairly recently unless dude is 82 himself.
