Praying to saints is idolatry. God alone deserves our prayers.
Look, I'm Catholic, and I pray to Saints at times, but we all know damn well they are not gods... there is only one God. Gtfo with this crap.
But why do you pray to saints? You have direct access to God because of what Christ did so there isn't a single reason to pray to the saints. By believing in Jesus YOU/WE are saints with the same equal access as any other brother or sister in Christ. The Anti-Christ (Papcy) made the reasoning up along with lots of other extra nonsense like indulgences. Somehow people don't think about what it means that Christ alone is the head of the church... yet the pope claims to be the head and the authority of God to add things. Nope lol. Shouldn't be a surprise. Why is the pope satanic and a protected of pedophiles? Easy to understand if you know history like the reformation and their reasoning. The same reason they literally charged people to go to heaven.

I'm not saying there aren't awful people and pedophiles in the rest of the church. I'm saying that according to what Jesus said regarding Himself and what the papacy claims the Pope is the Anti-Christ. Only Christ is the head. The catholic church has had more time to be corrupted, and the papacy is central to that corruption enduring. The culture of ignoring it allows suffering.
I do not deny the corruption in the Catholic Church abs papacy, but i do not believe in prophecy of the pope boing an anti christ. There have been way worse popes in the history of the Catholic Church but he is a man, and fallible.
I believe all this is spread about the Catholic church is because the devil wants to attack Gods one true church more then anything.
I also don’t shun anyone who loves God with all their heart....be it Catholic, Protestant or other.... there are too many non believers to waste time ‘in fighting ‘

Not the pope singular, but the papacy as an office plural is the Anti-Christ. Because they claim to be the head of the church which is reserved only for the God-man Jesus, by claiming that right each pope makes themselves antithetical to Christ as the head.

To pray is to request something humbly. Praying is not worshipping. Catholics pray for help from saints, angels, the blessed virgin, etc. in whatever way God allows (usually in the form of the saint's own prayers on our behalf that God will in fact intercede for us). Catholics do not worship any of them though.
See my above comment about subscribing to the anti-christ. Also how all of that is completely unnecessary because Jesus Christ is our perfect interceder with God, no saints necessary.
By right of His death and your honesty about dependence on Jesus you too are a saint with equal rights as any of the potentially made up people you might be praying to.
Edit: Also there is even less reason to pray to angels. You might as well pray to Satan... he is an angel.

There is a solid argument for moving the Sabbath to Sunday since that was when Christ rose, since he wasn't back from kicking ass and taking names in hell yet he was probably not resting.
The Bible throughout the Old and New Testament speaks of remembering the Sabbath Day and keeping it holy and the Sabbath being the seventh day. The scripture says he (Jesus) went to minister to the lost after his crucifixion before he rose again three days later. 1 Peter 3:18-20. “For Christ also died for sins once for all, the just for the unjust, in order that He might bring us to God, having been put to death in the flesh, but made alive in the spirit; in which also He went and made proclamation to the spirits now in prison, who once were disobedient, when the patience of God kept waiting in the days of Noah, during the construction of the ark, in which a few, that is, eight persons, were brought safely through the water.” The words they point to are “in which also He went and made proclamation to the spirits now in prison.” Supposedly, Jesus descended to hell and preached to lost souls. But why? Nowhere in the Bible is there any statement that a lost soul who has died can have a second chance
