The article says an arrest was made... but who was arrested? One bad guy died. Another is in critical condition. The third? Was he arrested?

And... I hear it now... because he ran after them, he is now a murderer--which is bullshit because the robbers could have come back firing, so his pursuit was proactive self-defense to keep them scattered and unable to attack. I'm not an attorney, but that's my common sense perspective (especially if this was this guy's home with his family inside).
