I would go a step further. What I was getting at in posting this was that he means it from a legal perspective, that what happened on 11/3 was an insurrection. I have suspected for awhile now that he invoked the Insurrection Act at some point between 1/6 and 1/20. He used the incident at the Capitol on 1/6 as cover to publish the order to disperse, which was removed by Twitter almost immediately, then formally invoked the IA in secret some time in the following days. This would basically mean that for the deep state and the Biden regime, it was over before it began.
