So Fredo was an insult that someone called Chris Cumo on the street and he got really made. Also Fredo is a godfather reference to one of the dumb mafia sons which C Cumo took serious offense to like a bitch

I didn't understand it either. I have only ever been to Italy a few times for work and didn't know Fredo was an insult. Not seen that film either.
