We sidelined Mueller because we did not think he would incriminate Trump sufficiently. We only needed his name, anyway. We stretched the truth as much as we dared and made sure that every time a Trump associate was mentioned we also got something alluding to Russia in the same sentence.

We already had the "obstruction of justice" paper from the Brookings Institute which we added as volume 2.

Sadly, that was not enough dirt to cause any issues for Trump so we did more of a Steele Dossier job on it and created what we would have liked the Mueller Report to have been. We hope to get him this time.
