With missles - yes. Those with aircraft drones don't have to,have to only be on some side.
And in fact it is not so big problem really.
If that is reason "white hats are afraid" I have clue for them:
Radiation or ultrasound. u/purkiss80 radiation and ultrasounds can make miracles here and already are used by customs offices in many countries.
I simply not believe US military white hats if they are under control don't have this tools. Simply what is needed is some hard drives to record data, helicopter (or few helicopters) and the source. Then the data should be computed.
I am of course not the expert to chose best method, number of machines needed and so on,but it isn't rocket science at all.
So really problem u/purkiss80 mentions already not exists if proper countermeasures (I wouldn't say more - I have doubts, but I cannot risk inspire enemy if white hats are doing the job) were applied or are possible to be applied.
Certainly we have known about the "Club K" class container missiles system for a while now. Who knows if they have "mapped" them or even found any? I'm just suggesting aircraft have been up for a long time, "sniffer" helicopters have been seen working for months now.
In that sense, all you have to do is make sure your team knows the where-abouts of the container, and at the right moment, make sure it does not work.
The competition then has to move to the next on the list, and when that also fails, accusations of incompetence will destroy them from the inside and cause chaos. Chaos is where infiltration and mop-up perfectly works wonders.

You understand "Sniffer" aircraft have been all over the East coast and inward waterways for months now, searching, recording etc.

Agreed, and SEALS are very good at this.
I be surprised if that thing lifts nine boxes

Anyone have the video?
What a ridiculous theory.
Well remember there are supposedly strategic nukes all around the country also.
I believe that was what all the underground training was for.
