My wife used to get "cold sores" (Herpes Simplex) every time she was in the sun for a long time or when she got a fever. Then a few years back her doc put her on 2 months of HCQ for joint inflammation, she hasn't had a cold sore since.
You can take quercitin which is found at the natural food store. It is the otc form of invermectin. Good luck and sorry you are going through this. Iβm glad you have a sweetheart that genuinely loves you. God bless sis!
Ivermectin is an active ingredient in horse wormers ,dogs heartworm tablets ,sheep and cattle drenches. Just make sure it's the only active ingredient.
Hydrogen Peroxide will inactivate the virus on your skin/lip.
Zinc promotes healing and vitamin C.
Be gentle. There was no cure as far as I knew, all my life. My mum had it. It's no use trying to put all sorts of creams on the sore when it is blistering, although she had some success with an all-purpose traditional Chinese herbal mixture that was based on coconut oil (It had to be warmed in the frigid UK conditions). Very gentle stuff, that only relieved the symptoms and healed. Really, I would chuck all the medications and expensive rubbish.
However. I suspect there may be some hope with Ivermectin. Have you tried taking some when you are getting early warnings of an outbreak? One dose should nip it in the bud. Also Listerine (gold) mouthwash has two virucides in it. Clean mouth and throat may help. My mum used listerine, watered down, in an aquapic.
Also, there is a lot of anger in your post. Realise that herpes outbreaks are related to stress. It is a virus that remains in your body for the rest of your life, just like chicken pox/shingles. You need to manage the outbreaks. Try cutting all junkfood, sugar and alcohol. Also avoid kissing vigorously, not so you won't spread it, but so that the added microbiome and movement does not set it off again. Gentle small kisses. Maybe get into meditation and yoga to clear the air. My mum had it down to two outbreaks a year, in the end.
I get 1 cold sore in the same spot almost constantly (will last maybe a week or so, disappear for a few days and then come right back), and a 2nd one that shows up every once in a while, but I am very rarely around anyone. I can only figure it is stress related or my body doing a detox.
I am convinced (at least in my case) it has no relation to any kind of personal contact. My guess is your partner probably won't actually "catch" it even with the kissing, unless his body is also in need of a detox. (The whole idea of "catching" a virus always seemed pretty hokey to me)
So my advice would be to do your best to keep stress down and maintain a healthy diet and environment. At least that is what I am attempting for myself. It is hard considering all the electro magnetic fields we are exposed to, and the fact most of us don't grow our own food and have little control over what may be going into it.
Also as others have mentioned, Ivermectin is a great idea to try. it supposedly inhibits viral replication and should help prevent a worse outbreak, who knows maybe even cure it. I may have to try this myself even though my case doesn't sound as bad.
Thanks for all the replies. I will consider my options. I hate the Elites and Big Pharma so much I will slaughter them all myself if I have to. I want to strangle Dr. Fauxci until the light fades out of his eyes. Honestly, giving them herpes is the worst possible punishment. Let them be shamed, called names, stigmatized, stared at, go through mental breakdowns and pain. I want to make them suffer.

Did ya try Ivermectin?
If it cures COVID, and possibly cancer, what are the odds it cures herpes too?
How do I get my hands on it? Pretty sure stores around me wonβt sell it unless you are an animal. :/

Yes, they want to make money by keeping you sick, but they also hate you and want you dead, that 2nd part may be what should concern you the most.

Try a lysine supplement.
