Every medium large and huge business has lawyers on retainer and they all are petrified of lawsuits.
This is because our legal system is dysfunctional.
So how do you protect your legal ass if you are the Kroger Grocery chain?
I'm sure lawyers and businesses all over the USA are trying to figure out what their greatest liabilities are. If a customer says they haven't been anywhere else but Kroger in the last three weeks and dies, will the spouse sue Kroger because that is the only place she could have caught the virus?
The problem here is not the lawyers that are hired to defend the business.
The problem here is not the CEO who listens to his lawyers.
The problem is the fucking FDA, NIH, WHO, and the CDC that is driving all this fucking bullshit. None of these organizations are doing their fucking job. Instead they are off on some other fucking agenda. I'm sorry but I think we need to keep the focus on the root problem.

Um yes, it most certainly is. The CEO is liable for ALL decisions. You cannot sue a company for contracting a virus. You would basically have to commit conspiracy in order to even get a case that would stick.
What we are seeing is the desperate final plays of a screaming baby. These are all unprecedented moves and will cost companies in the end. Their lawyers don't write law, they pervert it and there are only so many perversions that can be made before you step too far and pay the price.
If you all thought CEO resignations were high, give it a few months and lots of companies will soon be filing for bankruptcy.
The irony is palpable.
If you're vaccinated, why would you need COVID sick leave?
Oh right, it's because the vaccine isn't a vaccine.
It sounds to me like a gross violation of an employment contract and discriminatory practices, a Title VII violation of the Civil Rights Act.
Class action lawsuits work.
Such a violation can't get any more blatant.
Fuck Kroger
Kroger also canceled My Pillow.
They are also the parent company of VitaCost.
Maybe it is because they want unvaccinated people with COVID-19 to come into work? I wonder if they have thought this through?

Division is their go - to.
Get us to hate on Kroger's management. Get us to waste our time there instead of who is driving all this shit.

There is no evidence of this.
None at all.
But my main point is that being mad at Kroger is a distraction.
Our problem is Fauci and his ilk that are driving all this shit.
The CDC holding all the numbers hidden and only publishing data when it helps Pfizer.
I think companies all over the country don't know what to do. They obviously aren't all red-pilled.
Lying is never the answer.
All non vaxxed beed to walk out.
This wont end well for Kroger, their employees are all union, if I recall correctly.
