That article calls it AIDS. AIDS is not just acquired from HIV alone, VAIDS is AIDS acquired from vaccine.
AIDS is the acquired mmune deficiency syndrome (also immune erosion) where the immune system shuts down. VIE could be the same thing but IE isn't a widely used diagnosis while AUDS is.
Technically VAIDS is still just regular AIDS, they seem to just be trying to separate it from to HIV cause which is how most people know it. Hence "Immune Erosion" as a new description of the AIDS syndrome that doesn't immediately invoke the HIV scare Fauci helped create.
