I already have D3, C and Zinc at home and will be looking for Quercetin, Black Cumin Seed, and Lactoferrin (just so happen to have Benadryl in the med cabinet as well); basically anything that was stumbled upon this past week or two.
Am open to any suggestions.
NAC
Yes, this too.
If they don't have NAC, l-cysteine is a precursor your body will use to make it.
not on shelves anymore.....99% of nac has been pulled from in person stores in the USA....nac must be ordered online as of now. Thanks FDA.....
Our local pharmacy has it. It’s the only place I have found it.
Whole Foods sells it. Bottom shelf.
still available online also.....but I was just mentioning its not something easily found OTC now. Iherb.com has some though
Isn't there a recipe for it floating around here and on the internets?
What is the dosage for NAC? Is it good for treating Covid?
600 mg once daily is the standard dose. Take on an empty stomach in the morning about 30 to 45 minutes before you eat.
Get a vegan one if you can. Otherwise it will likely be made with duck feathers or human hair.
Thank you.
Look it up.
And yes, among many other things
Quite an out of character snarky comment. But wishing you a merry Christmas anyway.
Um.
Huh?
I simply said to look into the affects yourself. Im not a doctor. The info is easy to find online.
How in the hell is that snarky? I was being helpful and giving an honest pointer.
When it comes to meds you HAVE to look into stuff yourself. I don't know if irl have any conflicts with your current meds, if you take any.
Your skin is WAY too thin today fren...
And yes, merry Christmas to you too
