Well according to the post she had the baby less than two weeks ago and was given the poison almost 3 weeks ago. The baby is doomed without divine intervention.

I’ve never had my milk tested or been asked to (I’ve nursed five)

Thankfully I had all my kids before things got so stupid

Milk doesn't come in until after the baby is born. You get blood tests for communicable diseases at the doctor visits before the baby comes.
