At this point, the unresolved outstanding issue is whether or not the citizens of the United States and western countries will rise up, resist and overthrow the globalist overlords, coercion and agenda which is being forced on us, and which is continually reinforced by a massive propaganda and censorship campaign the likes of which the world has never seen before.
Choose when, where and how to resist.

It is only speculation, but I would suspect that Dr. Malone believes that the antidote already exist but is being suppressed and his time is better spent raising awareness and mobilizing opposition within the body public . (By the way, Dr. Zelinko referred to evidence that the creator of the vir{us also created a cure.)

Got to ask, what's it mean by "Dr. Malone is nearing his final form"? Sounds a bit like metamorphosis and he's turning into a butterfly soon.
"Final Form" kinda comes from anime. In Japanese animes, good guys and bad guys can have a "final form" where they change in physical appearance and are at their most powerful.
