why does it seem that every time the FBI "gathers evidence", that evidence seems to disappear forever, while the FBI allegedly has an ongoing investigation, and yet the FBI opens new investigations every day, so how do they even have the manpower to stay with an old investigation, with fresh ones coming in every day.
