I have a 3 year old that we don't put masks on. Does anybody know of an airline that would allow us to fly without putting a mask on him? This shit is getting so annoying.

Normally I am anti-mask all the way, however airplanes really get your nickers twisted. What I did last time I flew was put on a mask to get on and off, and "snacked" the whole time in flight (8 hours of snacking x2).
Yeah or you can wear a baseball cap and pull it way down so the stewards cant see your nose then just do the chin diaper
Can't you just wear a breath-through mask, hoodie, and sunglasses? If they're going to allow masks then they have to allow any other ridiculous get-up too. I would just dress like the Unabomber after going through security. What are they going to say "Sir, I can't see your face?"
Fly first class, only the peasants in the back of the plane wear masks. John Kerry didn’t have to wear one on his flight.
You could tie his little hands behind his back so he can’t take his mask off. That’s no more cruel than making a 3 year old wear a mask. No airline is going to allow him to fly without a mask. Is it essential travel? Can you drive?
It is absurd. I fully agree. My recommendation would be to look for a mask material that is extremely breathable (and for show only). Therefore your son will be "compliant" but able to get oxygen.
Fake Mask Worldwide.
The man who wore a thong on his face during a Delta (?) flight was a genius. He should sue for being removed as it actually met the airline's requirements.
Read the rules carefully, design "fake" masks that meet those rules but do nothing else, have lawyers ready to sue when you are removed. It seems pretty simple to me. Key is to have the resources. We need to start using the legal system the same way THEY do. We may not win every trial, as most judges are corrupt. But we will win a few, and every bit helps.
My 3 year old would never keep that on anyways!! But no sorry i am no help here lol
I have never wore a mask, hate it, and it's not good for my astma either. In order to not be confronted with the Karen's of our societies, i wear a visor.
I use a visor, where you can open it up. I wear it opened at about 45 degrees, which means if you look straight at my face, the bottom of the visor is about at the position of my nose.
IOW, my nose and mouth are not covered at all. In these two winters where masks are mandated (visors are officially allowed), no one has ever confronted me. I find this really funny, because I'm actually not wearing anything that covers my face, yet it seems like it is enough I wear some kind of contraption.
I'm curious, are visors allowed on flights?
My only suggestion would be to try to get an exemption from a doctor. We left our home state 4 months before covid with the intent of flying back to visit all of our family and friends. It’s a 3 day drive, and we have a special needs son. I didn’t know they had exemptions at all but I was informed just recently if you can get a doctors note you can get an exemption from the airline. My son is developmentally delayed (8 yo but more like a toddler, non verbal). He won’t even let anyone near him with one. If you could find a doctor to say he had a sensory disorder or something like that perhaps you could be exempted. I shared via Facebook Fauci saying masks should be permanent and complaining about never being able to fly. I just don’t know how difficult it is to get any exemption for you.
