Will be 80 next month. Haven't been in a hospital for forty years and that was for traumatic injury to a hand. Take about 40 supplements daily. Eat one keto meal a day. No bad habits.
Basically, if you read and pay attention the body will take care of itself. Don't take in toxics and do take in sufficient of what is needed. Give time every day for the cellular cleanup processes to clean up the house.
